Collin McLoughlin has lead over 40 Kaizen Study Missions to Japan to benchmark and mentor leading organizational leadership. He is recognized for designing, coaching, and advising some of the most influential businesses in the world, including Carl Zeiss, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Mars, Harvard Medical, Siemens, Heinz, and Dole just to name a few.

Collin has championed total organizational change across 12 different industries including healthcare.  His knowledge of 21stCentury Kaizen has allowed him to author over 800 different books, training materials, workshop implements, and subject-based lesson videos to help organizations succeed at sustainable change.

He stands at the forefront of Lean thinking, organizational change, and engaging all staff to achieve lasting and sustainable results. He’s spent the past 11 years evangelizing an industry-wide shift to incorporating servant based leadership, customer first perspective, and empowering leaders to coach their employees to reveal the true value of Kaizen – Kaizen is for employees, it is a gift for all of us to cherish.

Throughout his tenure as founder of Enna.com, Collin has built a reputation for developing business strategies, incubating new business models, and building out organization-wide Kaizen. He provides the guidance and creates environments where people want to give their discretionary effort to their work-life and truly connect with their patients and families.

As one of the founders of PLHS he is able to bring his experience, leadership, and coaching skills to help leaders develop leaders. He has successfully designed executive study missions to Japan for Seattle Children’s Hospital and personally lead 220 Senior leaders, board members, and management at Seattle Children’s Hospital to design process to connect closer to family and patients first.
